At Born Primitive, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason for the request to help us improve our gear.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your unwashed and unworn items with tags attached, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
